نحن في «كويت شوب» نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية بياناتك. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها عند استخدامك لتطبيقنا أو موقعنا shop.thesidekicker.com.
قد نستخدم أدوات تحليلات وبكسلات إعلانية (مثل Meta وTikTok وSnapchat وGoogle) لقياس فعالية إعلاناتنا وتحسينها. هذه الأدوات قد تستخدم معرّفات مجهولة، ويمكنك التحكّم في تتبّع الإعلانات من إعدادات جهازك.
لا نبيع بياناتك. قد نشاركها فقط مع: شركات التوصيل (لإيصال طلبك)، ومزوّد الدفع (لإتمام الدفع)، ومزوّدي التحليلات — وبالحد الأدنى اللازم فقط.
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما كان حسابك نشطًا أو حسب ما يقتضيه القانون. يحق لك طلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك أو تعديلها أو حذفها بالتواصل معنا.
تقدر تطلب حذف حسابك في «كويت شوب» وكل البيانات المرتبطة بيه في أي وقت، بخطوتين:
بنأكّد الطلب وننفّذه خلال ٣٠ يوم عمل كحد أقصى.
اللي بيتحذف: اسمك، رقم هاتفك، عنوانك، سلّتك ومفضّلاتك، وتوكن الإشعارات بتاع جهازك.
اللي بنحتفظ بيه: سجلّات الطلبات المكتملة فقط، للمدة اللي يفرضها قانون المحاسبة والضرائب في الكويت، وبعدها بتتحذف هي كمان.
نستخدم اتصالًا مشفّرًا (HTTPS) وإجراءات معقولة لحماية بياناتك.
خدمتنا غير موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

Q8Shop respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you use our app or website shop.thesidekicker.com.
Data we collect: your name, phone number, and address (to fulfil and deliver orders); the products you browse or buy; basic technical/usage data. We do not collect payment card data — payments are handled by a licensed payment provider (e.g. MyFatoorah / Tap).
How we use it: to fulfil and deliver orders, communicate with you, improve the store, send order/offer notifications (you can opt out), and measure our advertising in aggregate.
Analytics & ads: we may use analytics and advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google) to measure and improve our ads. You can control ad tracking in your device settings.
Sharing: we do not sell your data. We share it only with delivery companies, our payment provider, and analytics providers, to the minimum extent needed.
Your rights: you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
Account & data deletion: to delete your Q8Shop account and its data, email mohamed.alnokely@gmail.com or message +965 9227 8820 on WhatsApp, stating the phone number registered on your account and the words “delete my account”. We confirm and complete the request within 30 business days. Deleted: your name, phone number, address, cart and favourites, and your device push token. Retained: completed order records only, for as long as Kuwaiti accounting and tax law requires, after which they are deleted too.
Security: we use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reasonable safeguards.
Children: our service is not directed to children under 13.
